Returns Policy. If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us within 14 days, and we will offer you a refund minus a re-stocking fee of 15% of the original price (only on silver & gold products). This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. Silver wire/ electrodes if used cannot be refunded & if a generator is purchased & the electrodes/wire have been used the cost of the wire will be deducted from the refund based on the current price we sell them for.
Important Stuff: Customers are responsible for any customs charges or
taxes imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for any delays
this may cause. Customers also take
responsibility that the products they are ordering can be legally imported into
their respective country. If a shipment is returned to Sweetwater Colloidal for failure
to pay customs or product rejection by customs, the customer will be credited
for their order less all shipping and handling, plus a 15% restocking fee.
These charges include shipping to and from Sweetwater Colloidal, where applicable. We
reserve the right to have a package destroyed at customs if it is too expensive
to return. Unpaid duties and taxes will be charged to the customers' credit
card.
